About this recipe: I was browsing this website and felt hungry after looking at dishes/receipes. Accidently I tried this maggi and it turned out to be yummyy...Specially for Bachelors who hardly know cooking like me ;)


  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 greenchilli
  • 1/4th tsp of green chutney(dhaniya,greenchilli)
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 pack maggi/topramen
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • A pinch of Red chilli powder


  1. Slice onion and tomato into slender pieces/small piece as per choice.Cut green chilli into small pieces
  2. Heat oil in pan. Put Onion and green chillies. Cook till onion turns light brown.
  3. Add tomato pieces with a pinch of salt.Add redchilli powder according to taste. Cover the lid and let it cook at low flame till tomato gets cooked.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cup water and maggi cake(break it into piece if you wish).Cover the lid and let it cook for 1 minute.
  5. Once maggi noodles get soft, add green chutney,ketchup,maggi masala. Mix it well. Keep it on low flame without closing the lid. You may remove it soon to make it soopy.
  6. Serve it hot.


You can add as much vegetables to make it more nutritious and masaledaar ;)
