About this recipe: Marshmallow and all kinds of candies cooked over low heat, covered with popcorn. Yum!

Serves: 16 

  • 250g butter (reserve a good knob to grease the cake tin)
  • 32 marshmallows
  • 175g popped popcorn
  • 175g jelly texture candy
  • 150g peanuts
  • 200g candy of choice that goes well with marshmallow

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Melt the butter and marshmallows in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir often.
  2. Put popcorn in a large bowl and pour marshmallow mixture over top. Stir well to combine. Add the candy and nuts and mix together. Pack into a greased tube cake tin. Let set till cooled. Turn out onto a plate to serve. Cut in wedges.
