    1. heat 5 tbsp mustard oil in non-stick kadhai (better cooking), heat it until you get a strong smell of mustard oil
    2. put jeera and dhania in heated oil (keep low flame ) then add kadhi patta crushed in it, lastly add garlic
    3. now after this put carrot and peas and onions in it + 1/4 tbsp salt + 2 tbsp vinegar, after 2 mins of frying add chopped onions
    4. fry carrot, peas and onions, until onions are brown, add a little water (1/2 cup)
    5. now put haldi, garam masala and red chilli powder ( + chopped green chilli) mix well
    6. put chopped tomatoes in this mixture and add 1/4 tbsp salt again + 1/2 cup water, again mix it well and let it cook until everything gets mixed
    7. now add maggi masala(2 pkts) + 2 tbsp soya sauce + 2 tbsp maggi sauce + 1 tbsp salt(or less )
    8. keep mixing until the mixture loose the water part, now in the a little bit soild mixture add 2 full cups of water, mix well for last time
    9. now add the crushed maggi noodles in it and keep mixing until the water evaporates and leaves the hot and tasty maggi

you can change one thing with the spices , to use the italian masala used in pizzas, it will give a really different flavour
