Nadira's Chicken Fry

    • 8 chicken pieces
    • 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon of onion paste
    • 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
    • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
    • salt as needed
    • 1 cup of flour
    • 1 egg
    • 2-3 cups of soybean oil for deep frying


    1. Mix the chicken pieces with ginger, onion and garlic pastes, red chili and black pepper powders, soy sauce and salt. Marinate for 30-60 minutes.
    2. Crack an egg on the bowl with the flour. Mix well.
    3. Heat a deep frying pan with oil.
    4. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and deep fry on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
