Bhendi (okra / lady finger) pakode

    These are crispy pakode and good to try when you are bored of onion and potato pakode.

    Ingredients

    • 15-20 ladyfingers with big circumference
    • 2 table spoon rice flour
    • 1/4 t spoon red chili powder
    • 1/4 t spoon cumin powder
    • salt to taste
    • oil to fry

    Directions

    1. Take around 15-20 ladyfingers with big circumference and chop them into thin round chips (4-5 mm thick)
    2. Mix with rice flour,chilly powder, cumin powder,salt and 2 table spoon water
    3. Deep-fry these to become crispy on slow flame.
    4. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot
