Heat a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of soybean oil. Fry the chicken cubes with onion slices, green chilies, salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander and black pepper powders. This should take around 10-15 minutes.
Make small balls out the mashed potato. Make a small indent. Stuff the indent with the spicy coocked chicken. Cover with the mashed potato. Repeat to make more balls or “chops”.
Heat a deep frying pan with the soybean oil.
Dip the balls in egg and then roll in the biscuit crumbs.
