    • 1/2kg mackeral, boiled and cleaned
    • 3 onions cut into small pieces
    • 6green chilles
    • 2pods of garlic cut into small pieces
    • 1/2 " of ginger cut into small pieces
    • 1 bunch of corriander leaves
    • 2 slices of bread crumbs
    • salt to taste
    • tumeric little
    • oil to fry


    1. Boil the fish with little salt and tumeric clean and keep aside
    2. mix cut onion, green chilles, garlic, ginger, corriander and salt
    3. now mix the fish and onion mixture together with the bread crumbs keep aside for 5mins.
    4. make small pan cakes of these and deep fry it.
    5. now hot fish cutlets is ready to be served


    1 egg can be added to the mixture if necessary
