    • 2 teaspoons of red chili powder
    • 5 tablespoons of vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    • salt as needed
    • 500 g of mustard oil

    1. Mix all the ingredients together, excluding the mustard oil. Marinate for 6-7 hours.
    2. Stick the marinated chicken pieces in a grilling rod or “shik”. Otherwise, you use a griller, and lay the pieces on it and grill. Try to get most of marinated gravy in each chicken slice. If needed, after laying the pieces on the griller, spread the gravy on the pieces and grill.
    3. Pour the mustard oil, a little at a time, while grilling the chicken pieces. Turn over the sides from time to time for even grilling.
    4. Serve with naan, paratha, fried rice, pulao or biryani.
