Mix the ghee, salt, water and flour to make dough. Kneed well and set the dough aside in a bowl by covering it with a lid.
Make small balls out the dough.
Roll each ball out as a medium shaped tortilla, as big as a circle that your palm would make. Repeat to make more “loochis”.
Heat a deep frying pan with soybean oil. Deep fry each loochi until it swells up and be careful that the color does not turn to brown. The frying does not take long, and the color should just be golden.
