About this recipe: Healthier tasty and easy: Will be great with rice, parota, chapati, dosa or any dish you would like.


  • 4 Red tomato's
  • 1 cup fresh grated coconut
  • 2 bunch fresh coriender
  • 4 pieces garlic & ginger
  • 1 tb jeera
  • 8 dry chillies
  • salt for taste.


  1. cut the tomatos into small pieces and fry them in a saucepan till all the water content is removed, now add coriender coconut jeera ginger garlic salt with 1tb of oil for two min and keep aside to cool.
  2. next take another pan and fry the dry red chillies seperately for 1 or 2 min. now add these chillies to the mixture above fried and grinde can tamper it with little hing and musturd seeds if necessary.
