WHEAT NOODLES KA KHEER (Shevay ka kheer)

    This is a milk based dessert made from wheat noodles. It is a great way to utilize any left over noodles from before for a super comforting sweet dish.

    • 2 tablespoons ghee
    • 2 cups wheat noodles or shevay
    • 2 cups liquid milk
    • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
    • 4 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 tablespoons crushed almonds and cashews

    1. Pour ghee on a heated non stick pan. Add wheat noodles and fry until the noodles get brown.
    2. Add liquid milk, condensed milk and sugar. Stir and allow the mixture to boil for 2 minutes.
    3. Garnish with crushed almonds and cashews.
