    Papad is a dried salty chapati that is crispy and crunchy. This chutney uses papad with spicy chilies and cumin seed scented soybean oil. Enjoy with chapatti.

    • 3 udad papad
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 2 teaspoons soybean oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

    1. Roast papads on taw without oil. Crush the roasted papads finely.
    2. Mix red chili powder to it.
    3. Heat a frying pan with soybean oil, and add cumin. When the cumin is fried, pour the oil with the fried cumin on the powdered papad. Spread this mixture on rosted crushed papad.
    4. Serve with chapatti.
