    This is a sweet and salty thick milk based dish that is often cooked to give strength to pregnant mothers or those who are feeling weak. It is really healthy, and quite easy to make.

    • 2 tablespoons ghee
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 4 tablespoons wheat flour
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • 1 cup milk
    • 4 tablespoons sugar
    • A pinch of salt

    1. Heat a pan with ghee. Add cumin seeds and wheat flour. Stir and fry until the ingredients turn brown.
    2. Add the water, and stir for 2 minutes. Now pour milk and and sugar. Continue to stir the ingredients together. Sprinkle salt and mix.
    3. Allow the mixture to come to boil in 5 minutes.
