    About this recipe: A new type of mousse!

    Ingredients

    • 8-9 Chocolates( broken into pieces )
    • 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
    • 3/4 cup Whipped Cream
    • 4 Brownies
    • 1.5 tsp cocoa powder
    • Choco-Chips(optional)

    Directions

    1. Take a pan and boil water inside it .
    2. Then in a bowl put the chocolate pieces and put it in the pan with the water and let the chocolate melt.
    3. After the chocolate melts keep it aside.
    4. In another bowl add the whipped cream and fresh cream and mix for around 3-5 minutes. Also add the choco-chips if you would like into this mixture. Keep this mixture aside.
    5. Now in another bowl crush the brownies and then transfer this mixture into the bowl that has whipped cream and fresh cream.
    6. Add the cocoa powder and the melted chocolate to the bowl that has whipped and fresh cream. Mix it for around 5 minutes.
    7. Now pour this mixture in to 2 bowls and put in the freezer for 1 hour. Take it out and enjoy!

    Shortcut

    For garnishing- you can add the choco-chips on the top after taking it out from the freezer.
