Boil milk in a saucepan until it becomes very thick. Stir continuously to prevent a dry layer from forming and a layer to stick to the bottom of the saucepan. Sprinkle the saffron, stir and cook. This should take around 40-60 minutes.
Mix in sugar. Stir and add fresh cream. Mix the ingredients well and remove the saucepan from heat.
Garnish with pistachios and badam. Chill in a fridge and serve.
