    A famous cold beverage in India that gives an instant coolness during summer. The creation of this drink roots back to Mughal period and one can easily perceive it from the taste of vanilla, basil or sabja seeds and rose essence in every sip.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1/4 glass milk or 3/4 of a cup
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon rose essence
    • 1/2 cup falooda sev ( vermicelli pasta)
    • 1 tablespoon soaked sabja seeds (falooda seeds)
    • vanilla ice cream: as needed

    Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Pour milk, sugar and add rose essence in a jug and mix well.
    2. Now take a serving glass and add falooda sev and sabja seeds.
    3. Pour the milk to the glass. Chill in a fridge for 30 minutes.
    4. Garnish with a scoop of ice-cream.
