Kachori chat is another popular street snack in Pune. Enjoy with generous dips of tamarind sauce.

Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 cup yogurt or dahi
- Salt as needed
- 1 kachori
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

- Take yogurt add salt and sugar mix it well. Set aside in a fridge to chill.
- Break the samosa in a plate.
- Now add the chopped onions and coriander leaves.
- Then sprinkle the red chilly, chat masala and cumin powders. Stir lightly and chill in a freezer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with the chilled yoghurt and serve.
