    Dahi puri is a form of Indian fast food that has everything you could want in a dish-it is sweet and spicy, and also creamy and crunchy. Try out with friends on your day out!

    Serves: 7 

    • 2 cups dahi or yoghurt
    • salt as needed
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 7 to 8 flattened puri(s)
    • 2 tablespoons green chutney
    • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
    • 2 teaspoons chat masala
    • 1 teaspoon toasted cumin powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
    • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves

    1. Take dahi add salt and sugar. Mix and chill in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
    2. In a serving bowl place the puris and pour the dahi mixture. Add the green chutney a little by little and taste to see if it is of the desired spiciness. Sprinkle red chilly, chat masala powders, cumin and pepper powders.
    3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
