    About this recipe: Bread bhaji as the name suggests is bread fry which is considered a simple and quick snack in India. The bread is spicy and is served with ketchup.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 2 bread slices
    • 4 tablespoons besan
    • ½ teaspoon carom seeds
    • Salt as needed
    • ½ teaspoon red chilly powder
    • ½ teaspoon haldi powder
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • As needed Soybean oil for deep frying

    Directions

    1. Cut the bread slices in triangular shapes.
    2. Add besan, carom seeds, salt, red chilly and haldi powders in a bowl.Mix using water.
    3. Heat a deep frying pan with soybean oil.
    4. Now dip each of the bread slice into this mixture of besan.
    5. Add the bread slice to the oil. Deep-fry the bread slices until golden brown.
    6. Add the bread slice to the oil. Deep-fry the bread slices until golden brown.
