    • 3 Big onions
    • 1 teaspoon ginger
    • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
    • 2 teaspoon grated cashew
    • 1 tablespoons coriander
    • 2 tablespoons coriander
    • 1 cup dahi
    • Salt
    • Oil
    • 400 grams Peas Frozen or fresh
    • 400 grams Mushrooms
    • Fried Cashews to Garnish


    1. Grind together onions, ginger, garlic coriander and cashews.
    2. Saute mushrooms in a little oil, add very little water, cover and cook till soft.
    3. Cook peas till soft.
    4. Fry ground masala till oil comes out and you get an aroma.
    5. Add peas and mushrooms.
    6. Cook A While.
    7. Grind the remaining coriander with curd and add to the mixture.
    8. Cook, open till the water dries out, and oil appears on the surface.
    9. Garnish with fried cashews.
    10. Fresh Kaju Dhingri Mutter Is Now Ready To Eat.


    It can be made without Mutter.
