    Chutneys are one of the most important items in Indian Cuisine. It adds that extra flavour that makes Indian food stand out from the rest. This pudina chutney is no exception as well. Apart from its rich taste, it is also said to be beneficial for good health.

    • 1 cup pudina leaves
    • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
    • 1 green chilli
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon black salt

    1. Add pudina, coconut, green chilly, cumin and black salt in a grinder.
    2. Grind these ingredients in a mixture grinder.
    3. You can use coconut milk to make it a bit thin.
