About this recipe:
Sabudana or sago is a thickening agent for making dessert. It is starchy and makes a great combination with milk. Hence, the kheer that forms as a result is truly phenomenal.
1 tablespoon ghee
2 cups sabudana
1 cup water
4 cups milk
8 tablespoons sugar
salt ( a pinch to bring out sweetness)
- Take ghee in a pan and add sabudana.
- Now add water and milk. Stir.
- Then add sugar, stir until all sugar dissolves. Sprinkle some salt to bring out the sweetness.
