Sabudana ki kheer

    Sabudana or sago is a thickening agent for making dessert. It is starchy and makes a great combination with milk. Hence, the kheer that forms as a result is truly phenomenal.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon ghee
    • 2 cups sabudana
    • 1 cup water
    • 4 cups milk
    • 8 tablespoons sugar
    • salt ( a pinch to bring out sweetness)

    1. Take ghee in a pan and add sabudana.
    2. Now add water and milk. Stir.
    3. Then add sugar, stir until all sugar dissolves. Sprinkle some salt to bring out the sweetness. Serve hot.
