About this recipe:
Vadas are delicious owing to the deep fried crunchiness. Sabudana Vadaas seem to taste even better owing to the added starchiness of sabudana. Enjoy Sabudana Vadaas with cool yoghurt sauce.
2 cups soaked sabudana
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
3 tablespoons toasted and crushed peanuts
1/2 tablespoon green chili paste
2 teaspoons chopped coriander
1 teaspoon toasted cumin
as needed Soyebean oil for frying
Salt as needed

Take sabudana in a bowl.Add peanuts and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Now add cumin, salt, green chili paste and mix well.
Grease your palm and take a lump of the mixture. Make a ball from the lump and press it to form a flat sabudana vada. Repeat to make for vadas.
Heat a deep frying pan with soybean oil.Now deep fry the vadas in hot oil.
