    • 2 cups buttermilk
    • 1 teaspoon black salt
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander
    • 2 tablespoons boondi

    1. Add salt and sugar to buttermilk in a jug. Mix well.
    2. Now add chopped coriander leaves and boondi.
    3. Serve chilled.
