    Rassa methi is a fenugreek gravy. It is especially made during the cold seasons owing to its herbal properties. It is great for fighting infections and relieving congestion.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 cup toasted peanuts
    • 2 green chilies
    • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    • salt as needed
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 2 cups methi (fenugreek) leaves

    1. Make fine paste of peanuts, green chilies and a teaspoon of cumin seeds.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add rest of the cumin seeds and the above mixture and fry well.
    3. Now add salt and coconut water. Boil for a minute and then add methi leaves. Again boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
