    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
    • 1 teaspoon haldi (turmeric) powder
    • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts
    • 2 cups chopped cabbage
    • salt as needed

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, stir and add tomatoes.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, stir and add tomatoes. Sprinkle red chili, garam masala and haldi powders. Mix well and add peanuts and cabbage.
    3. Stir and add salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
