Prajakta's aloo paratha

Prajakta's aloo paratha

About this recipe: Aloo paratha is tasty on its own, owing to the fact that the dough is made from flour, mashed potato and spices. I personally enjoy it with salad in raita sauce. It would taste great with chutney and other gravy dishes as well.
