Methi has a very spicy and bitter taste and Indians often use it in to make parathas as a healthy dish. Serve with curries or bhajis.

1 cup wheat flour
1 cup bajara flour
salt as needed
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 cup chopped methi (fenugreek) leaves
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons ghee
- Mix all the flours together with salt.
- Now add green chili paste and cumin powder to the flour mixture. Then add methi (mint) leaves and make dough-using water.
- Make dough balls, and roll out each ball into parathas.
Heat a tawa with oil, and toast the parathas.
