About this recipe:
Palak puris are a great way to make a healthy yet yummy dish. Serve these palak (spinach) enriched puris with chutney.
1 cup wheat flour
3 tablespoons besan
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon dhaniya (coriander) powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
salt as needed
water as needed
1 cup palak or spinach paste (spinach blended in a blender)
1 cup water
vegetable oil for frying
- Mix wheat flour,besan, green chili paste, dhaniya powder, cumin powder and salt to make dough using a bit of water.
- Make dough balls, and roll out each ball into medium shaped puris.
- Heat a deep frying pan with oil, and deep fry the puris.
