    Serves: 2 

    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped tomatoes
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 cups boiled sprouts
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons shev
    • 2 tablespoons dahi (yoghurt)
    • 2 pavs (special Indian bread)

    1. Heat a pan with oil, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and tomatoes. Stir and fry until the cumin seeds darker just slightly. Then add haldi, ginger garlic paste, red chili and garam masala powders. Sprinkle salt, stir and mix well.
    2. Now add the sprouts and water and boil for 5 minutes.
    3. Pour thia misal in a serving bowl and garnish with shev, dahi and coriander.
    4. Serve it with warm pav (bread).
