About this recipe:
This is a simple yet delicious dessert that can be made for any occasion, let it be Diwali or Shab-e-Barat. Enjoy with warm parathas or luchis.
2 cups khoya
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons milk powder
2 tablespoons badam (nut) powder
- Toast khoya in a pan until it gets a little brown.
- Add sugar, milk powder and badam powder. Mix well and cook well until the ingredients are mixed completely.
- Pour the mixture on a serving dish, cut it vertically and horizontally to form barfis.
