This is a summer drink made from raw mangoes, jaggery and a sprinkle of fresh ground cardamom. Enjoy with crushed ice, if preferred.

2 raw mangoes
3 tablespoons gud
1/2 teaspoon elaychi (cardamom) powder
as needed salt

- Cook raw mangos in a pressure cooker.
- Remove the skin and take away the pulp. Filter the juice collected, and squeeze the pulp to collect more extract.
- Now add gud, elaychi powder and salt to the juice-extract. Serve chilled or with crushed ice.
