    About this recipe: This is a refreshing, light and healthy bhaji that can be served for lunch with chapattis or rice. Enjoy with pickles, if preferred.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon green chilly paste
    • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 4 cups chopped kakadi (cucumber)
    • 1 cup roasted crushed peanuts
    • Salt as needed

    Directions
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Heat a pan with oil and add cumin seeds.
    2. Add green chilly paste and haldi powder. Stir and mix well.
    3. Now add kakadi ( chopped cucumber) and crushed peanuts. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
