    About this recipe: This is a delicious chicken masala that is spicy and not gravy. Serve with parathas.

    Serves: 3 

    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 cup chopped onions
    • 2 tablespoons grated dry coconut
    • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
    • 6 to 8 garlic cloves
    • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 2 tablespoons garam masala powder
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • salt as needed
    • 3 cups chicken slices

    1. Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, and fry the onions and coconut turn light brown.
    2. Now put this mixture in mixture grinder along with ginger, garlic, coriander and cumin seeds . Make fine paste.
    3. Now take oil in a pan add this masala to it, and fry for 5 minutes.
    4. Then add red chili powder, garam masala powder, haldi powder and salt. Mix well.
    5. Now add the chicken slices, and fry until the chicken gets soft and tender.
