    Anda rice or egg rice is a super easy and delicious main meal to cook for lunch or dinner. It is delicious by itself.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups cooked rice
    • salt as needed
    • 2-3 green chillies, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

    1. Heat a pan with the vegetable oil, add red chili powder and haldi powder and break the eggs on it.
    2. Add cooked plain white rice and mix well.
    3. Then add salt and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
