About this recipe:
Anda rice or egg rice is a super easy and delicious main meal to cook for lunch or dinner. It is delicious by itself.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon haldi powder
2 cups cooked rice
salt as needed
2-3 green chillies, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- Heat a pan with the vegetable oil, add red chili powder and haldi powder and break the eggs on it.
- Add cooked plain white rice and mix well.
- Then add salt and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
