About this recipe:
Veg cutlet is a great hit amongst school kids who love to take it as school tiffin. It is easy to make and can be served with pav (bread) or paratha.
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped carrots
2 tablespoons finely chopped cauliflowers
2 tablespoons corn flour
2 teaspoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric)
salt as needed
2 to 3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons rawa
- Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl. Add corn flour, red chili powder, haldi powder, and ginger garlic paste. Mix and add salt.
- Now add some water to make batter. Make small round flat shaped cutlets out of it.
- Heat a frying pan with oil.
Sprinkle some rawa on the cutlets and shallow fry until golden brown.
