Fried soya bean

    This is a healthy side dish that can be made for lunch. Enjoy with pulav or rice.

    Serves: 3 

    • 2 cups soya chunks
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon haldi powder
    • salt as needed

    1. Soak soya chunks in water for 3 hours. Then drain the water out.
    2. Heat a pan with vegetable oil, add cumin seeds, red chili powder and haldi powder. Stir and mix.
    3. Now add soya chunks. Then add salt and cook for 5 minutes.
