About this recipe: This is a sandwich that can be made for breakfast or early light lunch. Serve with chutney.

Serves: 1 

  • ½ tablespoon green chutney
  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese

  1. Spread chutney and butter on a bread slice.
  2. Now layer with garlic, onions, mayonnaise, and tomato sauce.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese and cover the bread slice with another slice of bread.
  4. Grease a tawa with butter. Roast the sandwich until you get the preferred brown color of the bread.
