About this recipe:
Mattar or peas cutlet is a simple dish that can be served as an evening snack with chutney and chai. It is slightly spicy, although the amount of spices added can be reduced if preferred.
2 cups matter or peas
1 cup boiled and peeled potatoes
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt as needed
½ teaspoon chat masala
2 tablespoons cornflour
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
Vegetable oil as needed for deep frying

Crush mattar or peas in a grinder. Mix the boiled and peeled potatoes.
Now add green chilies, garam masala powder, salt, chat masala. Mix again.
Then add corn flour and bread crumbs.
Mix well, and add more corn flour it required.
Heat a deep frying pan with vegetable oil, and deep fry the cutlets.
