    This is a sweet potato dish flavored with red chili, haldi, cumin and toasted peanuts. It is delicious by itself.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 cups boiled, peeled and grated sweet potatoes
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • ½ teaspoon haldi powder
    • 2 tablespoons roasted crushed peanuts
    • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
    • Salt as needed

    1. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add cumin seeds.
    2. Then add grated sweet potato, red chili powder and haldi powder. Mix well.
    3. Now add crushed peanuts and coriander leaves. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, stir and serve. It is delicious by itself.
