About this recipe:
This is a simple dish that is made from potatoes and light spices. It is delicious by itself.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons chopped onions
4 cups peeled and grated potatoes
2 teaspoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon haldi powder
Salt as needed
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- Heat a pan with oil. Add cumin seeds and onions. Stir and fry.
Then add red chili and haldi powder. Mix well.
- Add grated potato and salt. Cook it until potato gets soft
