Peanut Potato Bhaji

    This is a simple potato and peanut based dish that is served with rice or roti. It is not so spicy, and you can add more green chilies if you like more spice in your dish.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 3 teaspoons cumin seeds
    • 2 chopped green chilies
    • 4 cups boiled and chopped potatoes
    • 1 cup boiled peanuts
    • Salt as needed

    1. Heat a pan with oil. Add cumin seeds.
    2. Then add green chillies. Stir and fry. Add chopped boiled potatoes and peanuts.
    3. Mix well until the potatoes become fried with the spices.
