    • `1.dhuli moong dal 2cup soaked in water for 1/2hour,
    • 2.salt to taste.
    • 3.whole yellow chilli 4no.
    • 4.rosted jeera powder 2tsp.
    • butter 50gm.
    • 5.chopped coriander leaves 2tbsp.
    • 6.lemon juice to taste.
    • chilli powder 2tsp.


    1. 1.boil the dal with salt in 6cup water till it become smooth batter.
    2. 2.pour it in bowl,
    3. 3.add rosted jeera powder,red chilli powder,1tsp butter ,broken yellow chilli and lemon juice .
    4. 4.serve hot.
