    About this recipe: Besan ladoo is a popular Diwali dessert. Everyone has his/her own way of making it, I hope you like mine!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 1 tablespoon ghee
    • 1 cup besan
    • 1 teaspoon elaychi or cardamom powder
    • 1 cup powdered sugar

    Directions
    Cook:20min  ›  Extra time:10min setting  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Heat a thick bottomed pan with ghee. Add besan and stir until it gets golden brown.
    2. Add elaychi powder. Mix it with the besan.
    3. Now turn off the flame and take this mixture onto a plate. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
    4. Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts, and make round shaped laddoos.
