About this recipe:
Besan ladoo is a popular Diwali dessert. Everyone has his/her own way of making it, I hope you like mine!
1 tablespoon ghee
1 cup besan
1 teaspoon elaychi or cardamom powder
1 cup powdered sugar

- Heat a thick bottomed pan with ghee. Add besan and stir until it gets golden brown.
- Add elaychi powder. Mix it with the besan.
- Now turn off the flame and take this mixture onto a plate. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts, and make round shaped laddoos.
