About this recipe:
This ladoo is made from ali or garden grass seeds. It is very much of a typical Maharashtran sweet dish. Enjoy!
1/2 cup aliv (garden grass seeds)
1 cup coconut water
4 cups grated coconut
1 and 1/2 cups jaggery
Extra time:3hr soaking ›
- Soak aliv in coconut water for 2 to 3 hours.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Add soaked aliv, grated coconut and jaggery. Stir until a thick consistency mixture is formed.
- Grease your palm with ghee or oil. Make round shaped laddoos.
