About this recipe:
Crunchy coconut recipe............
Coconut-2 cups(I used dessicated coconut)
Sugar-21/4-11/2 cup depending on how sweet you want it to be
Water -¾ cup or just enough to cover sugar
- In a heavy bottomed pan add sugar and water.Stir till 2thread consistency
- Add coconut,cardamom and ghee .
- Stir till mixture leaves the sides of the pan
- Transfer to greased pan.
- Cut out into squares and serve.
