About this recipe: These parathas are quite unique as they consist of corn and methi. Serve with fresh dahi in the morning.

Serves: 2 

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
  • ½ cup crushed corn
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt as needed
  • Water as needed
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Prep:20min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:35min 

  1. Form thick dough of wheat flour, methi, corn, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt using water.
  2. Make dough balls, roll out the dough balls into parathas.
  3. Heat a tawa with butter and roast the parathas.
