Methi khakara

    This is a papad like bread that is made from methi (fenugreek) leaves. It is healthy, and a great accompaniment for afternoon snack with tea.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cup chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
    • ½ teaspoon carom seeds
    • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
    • Salt as needed
    • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
    • ½ teaspoon haldi powder
    • 1 cup wheat flour

    1. Mix all the ingredients together.
    2. Make thick dough of it.
    3. Now make very thin chapattis out of the dough, such as like papad crispy.
    4. Heat a tawa. Toast the thin chapattis on low flame.
