Shev tomato sabji

    This is a crunchy tomato based dish that can be served as a side dish with rice or chapattis. Serve warm.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
    • ½ cup chopped onions
    • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
    • ½ teaspoon haldi powder
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • Salt as needed
    • 1 cup shev

    1. Heat a pan with oil. Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, onions and tomatoes. Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
    2. Then add haldi powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt.
    3. Now add shev, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
