    About this recipe: This is popular rich paneer (Indian cheese) dish that is served with parathas. Serve this Punjabi dish warm.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 1 cup cubed paneer ( Indian cheese)
    • ½ cup onion paste
    • 2 tablespoons coconut paste
    • 1 tablespoon cashew nut paste
    • ½ teaspoon cuscus
    • 1 tablespoon fresh cream
    • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
    • 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
    • Salt as needed

    Directions
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Fry paneer cubes in 1 tablespoon butter. Keep the fried paneer aside.
    2. Now take remaining butter in a pan and add all the ingredients except paneer. Stir continuously.
    3. It will form thick gravy and then add paneer cubes. Cook for 2 minutes.
